Post-Construction Cleaning Checklist

A practical checklist for preparing a completed office or commercial space for use.

Start after contractors have completed snagging work that would create new dust. Remove loose debris, then work from high surfaces down to floors.

Check joinery, glazing, fixtures, switches, vents, skirting, washrooms and concealed edges. Cleaning products and tools should match each finish.

Finish with a readiness walk-through so visible residue and usability issues are recorded before handover.
